Booking and Payment:

• A 50% Advance deposit required if tour is booked at least a Month Before.
• Full payment required at least 15 days prior to Departure Date and at least 21 days prior to departure for International tours.
• 100% payment required for Flight Tickets, Insurance

2. Payment methods accepted (credit card( Charges applicable), bank transfer, UPI, Online payment etc.)

3. Itinerary and Accommodations:

• Sahapathika reserves the right to modify the itinerary or change accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or availability.
• Alternative arrangements or substitutions may be offered if any part of the itinerary becomes unavailable.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance:

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, such as passports, visas, or travel insurance.
• It is recommended to have travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or loss of belongings.

5. Health and Safety:

• Travelers should be in good health and inform the tour operator of any medical conditions or special requirements.
• Follow the safety instructions provided by the tour operator during the holiday.
• The tour operator may not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur during the holiday.

6. Baggage:

• Baggage restrictions and limitations may apply. Check the allowed weight, size, and number of bags.
• It is advisable to have travel insurance that covers loss or damage to baggage.

7. Force Majeure:

• Sahapathika may not be held responsible or liable for any disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

8. Responsibility and Liability:

• Sahapathika's liability may be limited to the cost of the holiday package.
• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damages, or delays caused by third parties or events outside of their control.

9. Complaints and Disputes:

• All Disputes are subject to New Delhi, India, Jurisdiction.
