At Sahapathika Holidays, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or modify your travel plans. To ensure transparency and provide clarity to our valued customers, we have developed a comprehensive cancellation policy that outlines the procedures and potential charges associated with cancellations. Please read the following details carefully:

    Cancellation Types:
    a. Regular Cancellation: This refers to the cancellation of a confirmed booking without any specific reason.
    b. Force Majeure Cancellation: This applies when cancellations occur due to unforeseen events beyond your control, such as natural disasters, government advisories, or travel restrictions.

    Notification and Contact:
    To initiate a cancellation, you must contact Sahapathika Holiday customer service via phone or email. The contact details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

    Regular Cancellation Policy:
    a. Cancellation Timeframe:
        If you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, you are entitled to a  refund minus 10% of the tour Amount and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Sahapathika.
        If you cancel within 30 days but more than 15  days before the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will be applied.
        If you cancel within 30 days but more than 15  days before the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be applied.
        If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost will be applied.
        No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 7 days prior of departure or for no-shows.

    b. Non-Refundable Expenses:
    Certain expenses, such as non-refundable hotel reservations, flights, permits, or other third-party services, may be incurred by Sahapathika on your behalf. These expenses will be deducted from any applicable refund.

    Force Majeure Cancellation Policy:
    In cases where the cancellation is due to force majeure events as defined earlier, Sahapathika will evaluate each situation individually. Depending on the circumstances, the following options may be available:
        Postponement: You may have the option to reschedule your tour for a later date without any additional charges or the difference of the charges, subject to availability.
        Voucher or Credit: Sahapathika may offer you a voucher or credit for the value of your booking, which can be used towards a future tour.
        Refund: If no feasible alternative arrangements can be made, Sahapathikay may provide a partial refund after deducting any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

    Booking Modifications:
    If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing the travel dates or the number of participants, please contact Sahapathikny as early as possible. Depending on the modification request and availability, additional charges may apply.

    Travel Insurance:
    We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard yourself against unexpected circumstances and mitigate any potential financial losses due to  cancellations.
