Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra Airport/NJP – Transfer to Darjeeling
Meet our representative and transfer to Darjeeling (approx. 3.5 hours). Enjoy scenic tea gardens and cool mountain air. Check-in to hotel and rest. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 2: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Start early for Tiger Hill sunrise (subject to weather), Ghoom Monastery, and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoo, Japanese Temple, and Tea Garden. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok (Approx. 4 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Gangtok, the clean and modern capital of Sikkim. En route, enjoy river views and greenery. Arrive and check-in. Explore MG Marg in the evening. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Gangtok Sightseeing
Visit famous spots including Do Drul Chorten, Enchey Monastery, Flower Exhibition Center, Tashi View Point, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, and Handicraft Centre. Ideal day for relaxed family exploration. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 5: Gangtok to Lachung (Approx. 6 hrs)
Post breakfast, drive to the beautiful mountain village Lachung. On the way, visit Singhik Viewpoint, waterfalls like Naga and Bhim Nala. Arrive and check-in at your valley-view hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Excursion to Yumthang Valley – Return to Gangtok
After breakfast, visit the breathtaking Yumthang Valley, known as the Valley of Flowers. Enjoy family time in snow or flowers (seasonal). Optional: visit Zero Point (on direct payment). Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay.
Day 7: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion
Today, visit the high-altitude Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) and Baba Mandir. Enjoy yak rides and snow activities. Nathula Pass visit can be added (subject to availability). Return to Gangtok and rest. Overnight stay.
Day 8: Gangtok to Kalimpong (Approx. 2.5 hrs)
Drive to Kalimpong, a peaceful hill station. Visit Durpin Dara, Pine View Cactus Nursery, Zang Dhok Palri Monastery, and local markets. Great for relaxed sightseeing and shopping. Overnight in Kalimpong.
Day 9: Departure from Bagdogra/NJP
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the railway station or airport for your return journey with a bag full of memories.
