Day 1: Arrival in NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport – Transfer to Darjeeling
Warm welcome and transfer to Darjeeling (approx. 3.5 hrs). Enjoy the scenic drive. Check-in to hotel. Evening walk at Mall Road with a cozy dinner. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing – Hillside Romance
Early morning trip to Tiger Hill for sunrise over Kanchenjunga. Visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. Post breakfast, explore Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoo, Tenzing Rock, and Japanese Temple. Romantic tea garden visit in the evening. Overnight stay.
Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok (Approx. 4 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Gangtok – Sikkim’s beautiful capital. En route enjoy river valleys and hill views. Check-in and relax. Stroll through MG Marg in the evening with street shopping & café hopping. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Gangtok Sightseeing – Nature & Monasteries
After breakfast, visit Rumtek Monastery, Do Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Flower Show, and Tashi View Point. Return to hotel and enjoy a quiet evening. Overnight stay.
Day 5: Gangtok to Lachung (Approx. 6 hrs)
Post breakfast, drive to the peaceful village of Lachung. En route, visit Singhik View Point and waterfalls like Naga & Bhim Nala. Reach Lachung and check in to a mountain resort. Candlelight dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Lachung – Yumthang Valley Excursion – Back to Gangtok
After breakfast, visit Yumthang Valley – the Valley of Flowers. Enjoy the snow-covered landscape (in winter) or rhododendron blooms (in spring). Optional: visit Zero Point (at additional cost). Return to Gangtok in the evening. Overnight stay.
Day 7: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Optional Nathula Pass)
Visit the famous glacial Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Mandir (approx. 40 km from Gangtok). Optionally, add a visit to Nathula Pass (subject to availability & permit). Return to Gangtok and relax on your final honeymoon night.
Day 8: Departure from Gangtok to NJP/Bagdogra
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Bagdogra Airport/NJP for your return with unforgettable honeymoon memories.
