Day 1
COIMBATORE ARRIVAL-OOTY (95 Km, 3hrs)
Pick up point will be Coimbatore railway station/airport, from where our representative will escort you and drive towards Ooty- The Queen of The Hills, a beautiful hill station that attracts innumerable tourists with its pleasing climate. On Way Visit the Film Shooting Point, Coonor, and Sims Park. Enjoy the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Ooty.
Day 2
OOTY LOCAL
Today after a wonderful breakfast, you can spend full day visiting different attractions in Ooty. You can visit Botanical Gardens where you can find very rare species of flowers, shrubs and trees. Enjoy visiting serene places such as Lotus Pond, DodaBetta and Kodanad View Point. Enjoy cascading waterfalls such as Kalhatti waterfalls, Catherine waterfalls, etc. Later in the evening, visit Lalith Kala Academy and Government Museum. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 3
OOTY-KODAIKANAL (260 km, 5 hrs)
Today morning after breakfast check out of your hotel in Ooty and move towards Kodaikanal. En-route visit the Palani Temples. The journey from Ooty to Kodaikanal is a sightseeing itself. All through the way you come across Green Hills, cliffs, lush valleys, waterfalls,eucalyptus trees etc.. On arrival check in. In the evening you can take a walk around the local market purchasing local items like Nilgiri Oil, home made chocolates etc.. Overnight stay.
Day 4
KODAIKANAL
Morning after breakfast proceed for Kodaikanal sightseeing. On way to Kodaikanal Visit Kodaikanal Lake- Kodaikanal most popular geographic landmark, Bryant Park- 20.5 acres botanical garden, Coaker’s Walk- a 1-kilometre paved pedestrian path running along the edge of steep slopes on the southern side of Kodai, Green valley, Pillar Rock- a set of three giant rock pillars which stand 122 metres high, KurinjiAndavar Temple etc…..Overnight stay at the hotel in Kodaikanal.
Day 5
KODAIKANAL-MUNNAR (160 km, 5 hrs)
Today after
breakfast continue visiting Kodaikanal. Visit Dolphin Nose- a very steep rocky
trail, Bear Shola Falls- a tall waterfall in a Reserve forest, Pine forests, Shembaganur Museum of Natural History. Later proceed towards Munnar which is known as the Kashmir of the South due to its beauty and height. All along the way you shall witness a lot of waterfalls, tea gardens, thick forests etc.. Once you reach Munnar check into your hotel and enjoy a warm sip of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the Valley overlooking the room. Overnight in Munnar.
Day 6
MUNNAR
Second day in Munnar begins with breakfast after which sightseeing is organized. The first destination is fabulous Mattupetty Dam which proffers splendid views of gushing waters. You can enjoy optional boat drive here. Echo point, well renowned for natural echo phenomenon, the famous Shooting Point where film shootings are organized and Kundala Lake offering Shikara boating is included in itinerary. Sightseeing continues after lunch, including a visit to Blossom Park, Mattupetty Dam and Pothamedu View Point. Following this, sightseeing ends and you can get back to your hotel and relax. Overnight In Munnar.
Day 7
MUNNAR-THEKKADY (115 km, 3 hrs)
Voyage from Munnar to Thekkady begins in the morning, The journey is filled with very beautiful views of the valley. Check in the hotel on reaching Thekkady. After relaxing for a while you can indulge in exhilarating optional activities, such as elephant safari, Kalari Payette -a traditional martial art form, Kathakali show, Jungle Jeep safari, Ayurveda massage, plantation visit and boating in Periyar. You are then taken back to the hotel where you can enjoy overnight stay.
Day 8
THEKKADY-ALLEPPEY (132 km, 3 hrs)
Post breakfast, Drive from Thekkady to Alleppey for Houseboat cruise, which takes you through inland waterways and breathtaking backwaters of Alleppey. There you can enjoy an overnight stay on the houseboat. Afternoon marks your arrival at Alleppey, where you would be greeted with non-alcoholic welcome drink. Following this, cruise begins, taking through backwaters. Cruise stops in the evening and you can enjoy evening walk in the village. Sightseeing ends at night and you can relax in your A/C rooms inside houseboats.
Day 9
ALLEPPEY-COCHIN
Morning after a sumptuous breakfast proceeds towards Cochin. On way visit Mararikulam Beach which is the starting point of the backwaters of Alleppey and Kumarakom. In Cochin Visit the Chinese Fishing nets, Marine Drive, Matancherry. Later on you shall be dropped at railway Station / Airport. Your Happy Tour concludes with unlimited memories from Sahapathika..
